To cancel or reschedule, you must call the salon at 610.440.2247 and confirm with Salt staff.
48 hours or less: 50% of service fee charged.
24 hours or less / No-show: 100% of service fee charged.
Exceptions apply if changes were made and communicated by your stylist.
By booking and providing card info, you agree to these terms.

Every visit includes a personalized consultation to ensure we understand your vision. Some services (color corrections, extensions, fashion colors) may require extra time—your consultation will help us book accordingly.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to keep the rest of our schedules and our clients on time. We appreciate your understanding.

If you have repeatedly canceled, missed, or rescheduled, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book. This deposit will be applied to your next appointment.
